A new way we’ve been enjoying our superfood hot cereals is in an overnight oats version, especially great on a hotter day, for a cool refreshing version of hot cereal.  Sometimes called Bircher Muesli, overnight oats is a cinch to make.


2 teaspoons non-gmo pure cane sugar
1/2 cup almond milk
fresh berries
Earnest Eats Blueberry Chia Hot & Fit Cereal


Step 1

In a mason jar use a 1:1 ratio with ½ cup cereal and almond milk (or your choice milk)

Step 2

Add Non-GMO pure cane sugar or your favorite sweetener (add to taste)

Step 3

Cover and store in fridge overnight

Step 4

Top with fresh berries before serving (optional)
