We are so excited to share one of our favorite new snack recipes- Energized Bliss Balls! Super easy to make and you only need a few ingredients. A perfect pre or post workout snack to fuel your body and keep you energized throughout the day.


1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup Earnest Eats Energized Hot Cereal A.M. Trail Mix
3 tablespoons creamy almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons ground chia


Step 1

Blend the dates together until they are broken into small pieces

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it looks like a dough consistency

Step 3

Next roll up your sleeves and scoop out a spoonful of the dough and roll it into a ball form

Step 4

Put all the formed balls onto a parchment lined tray and pop them into the freezer for 45-60 minutes

Step 5

Remove from freezer and put in Tupperware and then you can store in your fridge or freezer (personal preference)
