 We love Chia Seed Pudding, so we made a fantastic fall treat combining seasonal flavors like apples, cinnamon, maple syrup and our Apple Ginger Baked Bar for a healthy crumble topping!


1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large organic gala apple or any apple
2 tablespoons coconut oil
sprinkle cinnamon
3 Earnest Eats Baked Apple Ginger Bar


Step 1

For chia seed pudding:

Combine all ingredients into one large tupperware or mason jar. Let contents sit over night in refrigerator

Step 2

Directions for sautéed apples:

Dice apples into small cubes

Step 3

Heat pan up with coconut oil to medium heat

Step 4

Place diced apples onto pan and sprinkle with cinnamon

Step 5

Cook until golden brown (or your liking) about 6 minutes 

Step 6

Dice Earnest Eats Baked Apple Ginger bar into small squares (3 bars total are needed)

Step 7

To assemble Apple Crumble Chia Seed Pudding:

 Once chia pudding is ready, pour into bowl and topped with diced apples and Earnest Eats Apple Ginger Bar 

Step 9

Assemble however you prefer
