Jenni Tarma is a Los Angeles-based yoga instructor, CrossFitter, long distance runner and writer. She came to yoga as an injured runner, and soon found that a regular practice also brought a much-needed overall sense of balance and grounding to her life. She eventually left a decade-long music industry career to pursue healthier habits and yoga full-time. As someone who can personally attest to the incredible of benefits of yoga as a complement to an active lifestyle, Jenni now specializes in teaching yoga to athletes. When she’s not leading classes, attending conferences and teacher trainings, writing for Yoga Journal, hitting the trails or taking classes at her local box, Jenni also likes to surf (albeit quite badly thus far). She loves to eat healthy, but isn’t afraid of the occasional donut 🙂
